Booking begins with an inquiry through email or your selected booking platform. Once availability is confirmed, you will receive a proposal and contract. Your date is secured upon signing the agreement and submitting the retainer.

I'm a big fan of photojournalism and that's what I always strive for, that is represented in the photographs I take. My style is anything but monotonous. If I had to describe it in a few words, it would be: lively, eccentric, with a touch of fashion and everything that is natural from movement, lighting, and emotion.

In addition to professionalism, responsibility, and dedication in preparing each photoshoot, clear communication with clients where concrete guidelines are set regarding the taste and course of photography. My approach is with a clear vision and my authentic style. With extensive training and education in photography itself and interpersonal relations, I  extract the deepest and most sincere emotions from clients without feeling uncomfortable in front of the camera, ready to assist and advise if you express your desire to pose. I am most happy when the client shows their trust and displays their comfort throughout the entire process, from inception to delivery.

As early as possible, it is best practice to schedule once the date and location have been confirmed. Keep in mind sunrise and sunset schedules, details that will be further discussed with your photographer, as they will affect the quality of your photographs.

You can expect a professional, guided, and seamless experience. Direction will be provided as needed, while allowing space for natural, authentic moments to unfold.

A signed contract and a non-refundable retainer are required to officially reserve your date. All bookings are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis.

Turnaround time varies by project. Portrait sessions are typically delivered within 2-3 weeks, while larger or commercial projects may take up to 4-6 weeks unless otherwise specified.

No. RAW files are not delivered. All images are provided fully edited to reflect the signature style and quality of Ema Rives Photography.

Image quantities vary based on the session type and package selected. Each gallery is carefully curated to include only the strongest, fully edited images.

Yes. Each package includes a set number of revision rounds. Additional edits beyond those included may be requested for an additional fee. The photographer still reserves the right to decline any additional editing rounds if they feel it is necessary.

Yes. Expedited delivery is available for an additional fee and can be arranged prior to or immediately following your session.

No. I only deliver retouched photos in JEPG format that I have hand selected. The number of photos you receive will be indicated in the written contract and rate sheet disclosed in the early stages of the booking process.

Ema&Mihailo work together only in situations where a particular celebration or wedding takes place in physically separate locations, in situations where the selected package includes an engagement of 4 hours or more, and as in the situation if you request that you would like two photographers and accordingly we will send you our offer. When it comes to shorter celebrations, religious ceremonies, family or engagement photoshoots Ema works alone.

You get high-resolution retouched photos in a private online gallery protected by double codes one for access and another for download. So, you can share your gallery with whoever you want and limit it to the people you want to give the opportunity to download them. The online gallery is available for one month.

Your photos will be saved until you give me confirmation that you have saved them, and your gallery will be available for use, sharing and download one month from the date of sending. It is recommend that you download the gallery early on.

I individually edit each of your photos from the gallery to correct exposure, color, contrast, clarity. If you would like to remove acne, wrinkles, other irregularities on the skin, whitened teeth, removing objects from the photo, or similar wishes, it will be charged additionally depending on how many photos are processed in photoshop as well as their complexities. Of course not, I’ve had cases where clients don’t know how to pose or just don’t like to be photographed, however, we are aware of the importance of the memories we make together, and with the help of little tricks their photos full of honest raw emotions and body movements, looked just as good as photos of professional models.

Additional coverage time is billed at the agreed hourly overtime rate. Overtime may be approved on-site and added to your final invoice.

Travel fees are not automatically included unless specified. They are calculated based on location, time, and logistics and will be outlined in your proposal.

Retainers are non-refundable. Rescheduling may be accommodated based on availability. Cancellations within close proximity to the event date may result in full payment being due.

In the rare event that a Photographer is unable to perform due to an emergency, every effort will be made to provide a replacement or reschedule. If neither is possible, payments will be refunded.

The photographs remain the property of the author. The author has the rights to use the photographs for commercial purposes with the prior consent of the client. The images are licensed on a per-use basis. Personal clients receive personal use rights. Commercial use requires a separate licensing agreement and may require additional fees.

Online galleries are available for a limited time (typically 30 days). Clients are responsible for downloading and backing up their images within that timeframe.
